Order Confirmation

You will receive an automated order confirmation via SMS and Email, if you provide your mobile number and email id correctly while placing the order.

Shipping

We ship across the globe and attempt to ship in-stock items within 2 working days. For customized orders, you will receive communication on the time required for shipping depending on the complexity of the product. 

You will receive an automated shipping confirmation via SMS and/or Email once we are in receipt of the courier details from our shipping partners. There is usually a lag of 1-2 days in receipt of AWB details from our shipping partners.

Shipping Policy for India

1. For all deliveries within India, shipping is free.
2. We ship from our Delhi Office.
3. We use reliable couriers which can be tracked online, thru their websites. 
4. You can expect delivery of the package within 2 to 5 days depending on your location.

Shipping Policy for International Orders

1. Shipping is chargeable at USD 10 for Singapore and USD  20 for Rest of the World for order value upto USD 150 (INR 9750/-). All orders above USD 150 qualify for free shipping.
2. We ship from our Delhi Office.
3. We use mostly DHL for Rest of the World. For Singapore other reliable couriers are used which can be tracked online, thru their websites.
4. You can expect the delivery of the package within 4-6 business days.
